What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They are widely used to make websites work, improve performance, and provide information to site operators. Some cookies are essential for the site to function; others help us understand how visitors use the site.
Essential cookies
These cookies are required for PlanPost to function. They keep you signed in and protect your account security. Essential cookies are always active and do not require your consent under PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations), as they are strictly necessary for the service you have requested.
Analytics cookies
If you choose “Accept all” on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to help us understand how visitors use PlanPost. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We cannot identify individual users from it.
Analytics cookies are neverset unless you explicitly give consent. If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics cookies are loaded and no tracking data is sent to Google.
Local storage
We use your browser's localStorage to temporarily store UTM attribution parameters (how you found PlanPost) during your visit. This data is only transmitted to our server when you register an account, and is cleared immediately after. It is not shared with any third party.
